Turnaround Time & Rush Fees
We understand that deadlines move fast. Whether it's a last-minute event, staff launch, or promotional campaign, we'll always do our best to work with your timeline — and be upfront about what's achievable.
To stay within standard turnaround and avoid rush fees, we need to receive all of the following by the required production deadline:
- Final artwork
- Complete order details
- Print sizes and placement instructions
- Garment selections and quantities
- All approvals and responses
Need it sooner? We'll review availability and confirm whether expedited production is possible. Rush fees are calculated on the total order value.

Any expedited inbound shipping required to receive garments in time for production is billed separately in addition to the rush fee.
Rush production impacts more than just a single order. Expedited timelines often require:
- Production schedule adjustments
- Reprioritizing existing jobs
- Additional staffing or overtime
- Expedited garment sourcing
- Faster proofing and approvals
- Reduced batching efficiency
Our goal is always to move fast while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect.
- Rush production is subject to current production capacity and garment availability.
- Certain decoration methods, specialty inks, oversized prints, or large quantity orders may not qualify for rush production.
- Shipping transit time is separate from production time unless otherwise specified.
- Delays in approvals, artwork, responses, or garment availability may impact turnaround timelines.
